Mark David Kennerly’s professional acting career started in 1983 when he was cast in, “A Matter of Principle” starring Alan Arkin. He started writing in 1988 and in 1996 developed the business plan for 1922 Productions, based on the Bible verse, 1 Corinthians 9:22.
In 1994 Mark David surrendered his life to Jesus Christ, and answered God’s call to be a pastor. In 2004 he and his wife, Kimberly, founded Impact Christian Church in 2004 in Stephens City, Virginia. In 2014 the Lord released Mark to dream creative dreams again and he began to write Christ-Centered and Family-Friendly screenplays and teleplays.
Mark David and Kimberly executive produced a short film, Conquering Fear in 2018, followed by their feature film …if My People… in 2020 during the height of the COIVD-19 Pandemic.
The Kennerly’s relocated to Georgia and Kimberly became a talent agent for several years. The duo continue to create and develop Christ-Centered and Family-Friendly film, TV, and multimedia. They also operate an online ministry school, Perfecting the Saints for the Work of Ministry, aka Perfecting School, as well as acting and writing classes.
